Apple Orchard

Chris has been working out of town for a few weeks, but was able to come home for a few days to enjoy a few fun fall activities and celebrate my birthday. The kids had been wanting to go apple picking for a few weeks, so we headed to the orchard first thing Saturday morning. It was a little chilly, but so fun! They had a ball! It had been a LONG time since I had been to Jones Orchard to pick fruit. It hasn’t changed a bit!

Even little man enjoyed all the fun! And, of course, sampled a few apples off the trees!

After picking about half a bushel, we headed to my grandparents for lunch and birthday cake. Daddy cooked delicious elk steaks, bbq chicken, and squash casserole. AMAZING! We had a wonderful time! Such a fun fall day with the kiddos!!!
