Wednesday was spent at Hollywood Studios. We had definitely been looking forward to this day!! We got up bright and early again and headed to the park.
waiting for our bus
HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS!!!
We immediately headed over to the Star Wars Jedi Training area to sign Ethan up, only to find out that you have to sign up first thing in the morning when the parks open! :( By 10 am, when we got there, it was already filled up for the entire day!!! So, the guy gave me all the info and told us when to be there on another day to get them signed up. So, we went into the Indiana Jones show instead. It was SO fun! Even Gray enjoyed all the action!
Some of the action. It was a great show!
After the Indiana Jones show, we walked around and enjoyed some more sites and sounds. Hollywood is always a fun place to be!
We wandered over to the Honey I Shrunk The Kids playground area. The kids LOVED it!! We had actually just introduced them to the movie a few months ago, so they got the biggest kick out of it!
There were tons of parades and street shows. LK loved the Disney Channel Rocks! show.
We had lunch reservations at Hollywood and Vine for the Play n’ Dine character lunch. Some of our favorite Disney Junior characters were there!! This was by far our FAVORITE lunch!!! Gray absolutely LOVED all the characters!!!
Special Agent Oso came to visit up first.
look at Gray! He loved touching all the characters and loving on them!
Next up was Jake, from Jake and The Neverland Pirates. He was SO sweet to all 3 kiddos!!
HANDY MANNY!
In between all the character greetings, they would play games and dance in the aisles with the kids. It was great! SOO FUN!! Not to mention that the buffet was actually pretty darn yummy! I have to admit that I was not expecting good food while we were there. Let’s face it.. people don’t go to Disney World for world class dinners. I was happily surprised though! I guess they figure since parents are spending so much money to get there and are spending every waking minute during the trip keeping their kiddos happy, that they can at least give them good food! ha!
Oso walked past our table again and said another quick hello!
Gray was just beside himself, he was so excited!!! I wish I would have got a video of his cute little giggle!!
LOOK AT THAT FACE!!!! Prob my most favorite pictures from the entire trip!
Right before we left, June from The Little Einsteins stopped by. LK was happy to see her!
Right after lunch, it was time for STAR WARS!!! Ethan had been waiting for DAYS!
While Chris and the kiddos rode Star Tours, I got us a great spot for the Pixar Parade! The parade was fabulous!! All of our favorite Pixar characters were there!
After the parade, we made our way over to the Chinese Theater to take a few pics.
We might need to make a trip out to LA soon to stand in even more handprints and footprints.
Then, it was on to the Disney Junior and The Voyage of The Little Mermaid stage shows. Both were great!!!
We ended up eating a pizza dinner at Pizza Planet. Ethan was very excited!! After Pizza Planet, I took Gray back to the room for a nap. Chris, LK, and E stayed there and rode more rides!
They rode….
Tower of Terror!!! (yes.. my kiddos wanted to ride this!! – have I mentioned that my kids are awesome??!) :)
And.. Toy Story Mania!! This is one of the most popular rides in all 4 parks! Friends had told us to get a Fast Pass very early in the day. Good thing we did, b/c we got a fast pass at 10am and the available time was 7pm that night!!! SO worth the wait though! They all 3 loved it!
After finishing up all the rides at Hollywood, they met Gray and I at Epcot for some more fun! I think they did every ride and show at Hollywood!
more flowers!
We ended up riding Spaceship Earth and a few more things! Then, it was time to get settled for the laser and firework show! We missed it when we were there for dinner the night before, so we made sure that we came back in time before we left. It’s always such a great firework show!!
We had such a great day!! Hollywood was just as much fun as we were expecting it to be and the fireworks were awesome! After the fireworks, we headed back to the room to rest up for our last full day in Disney World. We had a VERY fun and jam packed day planned and needed our full energy!!
